Common Issues
My video is taking too long to process
Processing time depends on video length, target language, and your internet connection. For videos under 2 minutes, dubbing typically takes under a minute. If it is taking longer, check your internet connection.
The dubbed audio does not sound natural
For best results, ensure your original video has clear audio with minimal background noise. Clear speech in a quiet environment produces the best voice cloning results.
I cannot import my video
Make sure your video is in a supported format (MP4, MOV). Also ensure you have granted Dubbing AI permission to access your photo library.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime through Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
